In a market where everybody seems to know everybody else, it is vital that you are aware of the market and the importance of speaking to the right people, at the right time. After our initial contact with you, be it as a result of a headhunting campaign for one of our clients or following an approach from you, we will keep you updated every step of the way. The first step is to gain an understanding of what you want from your next role. Location, working environment, size of the company, career prospects and package are just some of the issues that we need to address before we can identify the right opportunity for you.

Wherever possible one of our experienced consultants will meet with you. Alternatively we will book a telephone appointment and will require at least an hour of your time to discuss your background and aspirations. When you are happy to progress we will discretely approach clients that we have previously discussed and identified as target companies.

From the interview stage to your start date we will support you wherever possible, and report back to you on a regular basis with honest advice and feedback from clients. Our Consultants are not targeted on Interviews or CV send outs, as a result we will always do what is right for you!
